The minimum weight of parcel we charge for is 0.5kg this would usually be documents or a small device such as a mobile phone
We require the packaged dimensions (length, width and height) in CM and weight in KG of each item you would like to send. There is also a requirement for us to know the contents along with the value of your shipment for customs purposes
A customs invoice is required when importing / exporting any shipments internationally, the customs invoice is used to assist with customs clearance.
The customs invoice should be as accurate as possible and indicate the contents, quantities and value of what is inside your shipment.
